Blue Design proposes the development of large scale, top-down thinking as an alternative to incremental approaches, in sustainability and in our relationship to our world in the largest view. Blue Design’s broad scope requires a spectrum of experts for its development: scientists, philosophers, professionals, academics, and others. I have started the “Peter Larson & Blue Design” online platform as the entrée to this development, with the expectation that it will soon become a true collaboration of which I am only one contributor.
Ultimately, this collaboration will be formalized as the Blue Design Institute, an organization to bring together aligned thinkers from diverse disciplines, to coordinate their explorations into the ramifications of Blue Design, and to work together to develop solutions that realize its goals.
